المؤتمر المسيحي الدائم:
آلية عمل لجنة استرداد الأراضي- مؤتمر البقاع
أ- الأهداف:
1-الضغط بمختلف الطرق المشروعة على رد الأراضي الموضوع اليد عليها إلى اصحابها الحقيقيين.
2-تشكيل فريق من المحامين يتولى رفع ومتابعة قضايا طلب استرداد الأراضي، وتوسيع نشاطه لمساعدة الجمعيات والأفراد في كل عمل مشبوه يتناول الأراضي
3-فتح قنوات حوار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة مع واضعي اليد على الأراضي لإيجاد الحلول المناسبة
4-تشكيل فريق متخصص للضغط باتجاه معالجة موضوع النازحين السوريين وعودة غير مستوفي شروط الإقامة إلى بلادهم.
ب-آلية العمل:
1-تعمل لجنة استرداد الأراضي في البقاع على تنفيذ توصيات مؤتمر زحلة الذي انعقد في 26 تموز 2024 في الشق المتعلق باسترداد الأراضي.
2-تجمع داتا الأراضي الموضوع اليد عليها بالتعاون مع لجان المناطق ولجنة الداتا في المؤتمر المسيحي الدائم.
3-تتعاون لجنة استرداد الأراضي بشكل دائم مع لجان المناطق في البقاع وتستعين بخبرات أعضائها وجهودهم وعلاقاتهم، مع إمكان انضمام من يرغب منهم إليها.
4-تتألف لجنة الإسترداد من منسق ومقررر وأعضاء.
5-يتم اختيار المنسق والمقرر من قبل الأعضاء إما بالتصويت أو بالتوافق.
6-ترفع اللجنة تقاريرها إلى منسق البقاع الذي يرفعها بدوره إلى الأمانة العامة.
7-تضع اللجنة عند تأسيسها خطة عمل مع روزنامة واضحة بالتعاون مع منسق البقاع الذي يرفعها إلى الأمانة العامة ومنها إلى مكتب المؤتمر للإقرار.
