قرر النائب العام التمييزي بالانابة القاضي جمال الحجار, كف يد المدعية العامة في جبل لبنان القاضية غادة عون عن الملفات القضائية التي تحقق فيها.
ووجه تعميما إلى الأجهزة الأمنية كافة لعدم تنفيذ اي إشارة صادرة عن القاضية عون وعدم مخابرتها بأي دعوى قديمة او جديدة, وحصر الأمر بالمحامي العام الاستئنافي في جبل لبنان.
