متابعة لملف “التيكتوكرز”.. توقيف المحامي خالد مرعب واقتياده الى مكتب مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية
متابعة لقضية ملف “التيكتوكرز”، أفادت مصادر قضائية بأنّه جرى توقيف المحامي خالد .م. على أن يخضع للتحقيق.
واليوم، عقد قاضي التحقيق الأوّل في جبل لبنان نقولا منصور أوّل جلسة في ملف “التيكتوكرز”، وتم إحضار موقوفين في الملف تقدموا بدفوع شكلية بواسطة وكلائهم.
وأصدر القاضي مذكّرات توقيف وجاهية بحقهم وغيابية بحق المتوارين وتم تسطير كتاب للنيابة العامة التمييزية لتعميم نشرة حمراء على الإنتربول بحق المتوارين كون الجرائم منظّمة تتناول أكثر من دولة ومعاقب عليها في شرعة حقوق الإنسان واتفاقية حقوق الطفل والاتجار بالبشر.
